Coming this February! Look for an email about our complimentary exhibitor marketing program, Exhibitor Invites. You will receive an email announcing when Exhibitor Invites is ready for you to start inviting your customers and prospects to attend DIA 2017, offering them valuable information about your company and a chance to register at discounted rates, if they haven’t done so already.

Hotel Reservations | Early Bird Rates Expire Soon |

If you have not already made your company's hotel reservations, we recommend doing this at your earliest convenience. Book by March 31, 2017 to qualify for Early Bird Rates at select properties. Housing availability is first come, first serve.

onPeak is the official housing provider for DIA 2017. Please be aware that we have had reports of numerous unauthorized housing companies soliciting our exhibitors for hotels at the Annual Meeting. onPeak does not solicit by telephone. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.

You can now begin to register your exhibit personnel for DIA 2017.

We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives – and allows you to go in and make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Jeff or Jessica with any issues or questions.
The deadline to appear in the Advance Registration Attendee List is 5:00PM ET on Friday, May 8, 2017.

To help you with this, we've created and Authorized Vendor List for your reference. This list provides the companies that DIA has contracted with for DIA 2017. Please note as additional parties are brought on to handle various aspects of the show, the list will be updated.
