DIA will be hosting an Exhibit Logistics Webinar to help facilitate a smooth and efficient move-in to McCormick Place, and to provide an overview of what to expect regarding your participation at the show. Unable to attend? Both a PDF of the slides and the recording will be posted to the Exhibitor Resource Center by April 13 for future reference.

Are you planning a client event during the Annual Meeting? Rooms at area hotels are sure to book fast so make sure to complete your preparations early. DIA reserves all function space at McCormick Place and room block hotels – to request space, please complete the Event and Meeting Space Application Form (space at McCormick Place is not available).
Please make sure to complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2017 – whether at a neighboring hotel or restaurant, or museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.

If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA or the DIA 2017 Annual Meeting, please reach out to Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org and we will let you know if they are authorized by DIA or not. We also have posted on the DIA 2017 website a list of Authorized Vendors for your reference. We will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.
