These companies often create phony websites that look authentic, but are not authorized to represent DIA, nor do they have access to officially contracted DIA hotels. Unfortunately, customers who book through these websites often arrive at their destination only to find that their existing reservation was cancelled by the agency at the last minute, leaving them without a room and liable for a steep cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy
Guest may cancel with no penalty if done 48 hours prior to arrival. Should cancellation occur less than 48 hours prior to arrival (including no-shows), one night’s room and tax is charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. A credit card is required to book the reservation. Charges will only be placed on your credit at check-out or for cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Reservation Modifications
Guest are able to able to make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations online by visiting the reservation link above and selecting Manage Existing Reservation. You will need your confirmation number and last name to modify your reservation.
