The session will describe key concepts of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP). The relevance of these concepts to medical writing and the challenges typically encountered when developing AI platforms will be discussed. Current capabilities and limitations will be presented to set realistic expectations for potential users. We will close with a Q&A session with the audience.
