Learning Objective : Managing the detection of Adverse Events (AEs) is an imperative in Medical Information Enquiry (MIE). To increase compliance triaging of AEs in MIEs, and to create process and resource efficiencies, we applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods to assist in detecting possible unreported AEs in a retrospective MIE database.
