Medical Information has always been a dynamic and flexible team and COVID-19 forced us to be even more so as our customer needs shifted in this tumultuous time. We will present two case studies and have an interactive discussion about the ways in which two innovative medical information teams were able to meet the challenges posed to them by COVID-19.
