Sometimes life makes us push the reset button. Sometimes, like last year, it is a hard reset. In this session, we will explore what we have learned (about ourselves, our teams, our reality and what is possible) and we will share ideas on what we would like to maintain as we move into a new reality. Together with an expert Medical Information and Medical Affairs panel, we will explore what we should retain, what we should let go of and what we have to acquire to work and live effectively in this new reality. During the Session, the Session Chair will be sharing data from a November 2020 survey of Medical Information teams which explored how people managed emotionally (at work and at home), what activities and initiatives they are particularly proud of, insights from working from home, connecting with teams and managing conflict, among many others. Great insights were shared in response to questions that included: 1) what did you learn about yourself? 2) What has this situation taught you about collaboration? 3) What have you learned about improving your service? 4) Did you gain any insights on the value of Medical Information for your organisation? 5) Are you using this knowledge to market the value of Med Info to your company?
