The keynote recap will host a fireside chat to discuss the FDA’s draft guidance on Diversity Plans to Improve Enrollment of Participants from Underrepresented Racial and Ethnic Populations in Clinical Trials. We will discuss patients’ perspective on how to reach underrepresented communities and we will raise awareness of the importance of diversity in the drug development lifecycle. We will also have different organizations and stakeholders share their recommendations and success stories in including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in their promotional campaigns.

- Recognize the importance of recruiting hard-to-reach populations
