Podcasts, satellite media tours, and influencer-created content have exploded in their importance and prevalence. As senior executives, celebrities, and other influencers are increasingly speaking about prescription products, how can a company ensure that its efforts avoid OPDP and APLB enforcement? This session will address some of the challenges of working in these less scripted environments and provide tools and best practices for preparing.
