This session will touch on different areas of providing content to our customers: it all starts with assessing customers’ areas of interest followed by evaluating how to create and structure material in compliance with current legislation. We will also share a hands-on example how a company has reshaped classic standard content to new online-tailored medical information material and how this impacted online traffic. Above all, this session will also illustrate that the one-size-fits-all content is maybe a myth and offer ideas, how to shape channel-specific medical information content in future. Exciting!
