Continuing Education
Drug Information Association (DIA) is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes quality of continuing education and training.
As an IACET Accredited Provider, DIA offers CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard. DIA is authorized by IACET to offer .5 CEUs for this program.
*IACET CEUs are only available for the Short Course(s). Participants must attend the entire short course in order to be able to receive an IACET statement of credit. No partial credit will be awarded.
*Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our instructors was not able to join the short course, Global Advertising and Promotion – Considerations for Compliance and Success, and as a result we have amended the original amount of continuing education credit:
- Short Course 1: October 30, 2023 – Tools and Methods to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Risk Minimization Measures: 3.25 contact hours or .3 CEUs
- Short Course 2: November 2, 2023 – Global Advertising and Promotion – Considerations for Compliance and Success SC: 2.25 contact hours or .2 CEUs

Statement of Credit:
If you would like to receive a statement of credit for the short course, you must virtually attend the short course in its entirety, complete the post-assessment with a passing score of 80% or better, and complete the online credit request process through My Transcript. Participants will be able to download a statement of credit upon successful submission of the credit request. My Transcript will be available for credit requests beginning Friday, November 3, 2023.To access My Transcript:
- Visit DIAglobal.org, select “Sign in” and you will be prompted for your user ID and password
- Under EVENTS select “Continuing Education"
- Select the blue “My Transcript” button followed by “Credit Request” to process your credit request for the course
