This broad category addresses interpersonal skills, soft skills, leadership, goal-setting, life-long learning, career transitions (career growth, lateral career transitions, and entrepreneurship), social media/new media and self-awareness in assessing personal strengths and gaps.

Who is This Track Designed For?

This track is designed to provide life science professionals with the insights and practical solutions that improve and support ongoing individual personal growth for career and team success. The focus is on both entry-level and young professionals as well as on seasoned professionals, who will also gain insights into how to continually reinvent oneself and evolve as the demands of careers continue to do the same.
