Medical Inquiries and Database Management

Perspectiva general

The goal of this module is to help medical communications professionals differentiate between product inquiries from health care professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPs, to respond appropriately to different types of information requests, and to use the company's database management system when fielding questions, retriving information, and delivering responses.

The module takes an average of 1.75 hours to complete.

This eLearning module can be purchased individually or as part of the Medical Communications eLearning Program (eight modules) or the Medical Affairs eLearning Program (11 modules).
