Reem Yunis, PhD

Dr. Yunis is a scientist with multidisciplinary training and expertise in mechanism of diseases. She enjoys working in startups bringing forward long term vision and strategies. Reem is dedicated to modernizing clinical development by leading efforts at the intersection of technology, science and data. At Medable, she works cross-functionally with engineers, product development, regulatory, and data science to develop first-in-class DCT solutions. She is also leading the scientific development of digital clinical measures. Reem holds a PhD in genetics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
John Wigneswaran, MD

Dr. John Wigneswaran is Walmart’s Chief Medical Officer leading safety, quality, and training, the Walmart Healthcare Research Institute as well as clinical program development, innovation, and medical affairs. He joined Walmart in 2021 from Cigna where he served as Chief Medical Officer for Express Scripts. Prior to that, he held a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and healthcare services industries, including DaVita, Fresenius Medical Care; Gambro, Johnson & Johnson and Nephroceuticals. He has over a decade of clinical experience as a practicing nephrologist and served as a renal fellowship preceptor in the Division of Nephrology at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University.

Dr. Ingrid Oakley-Girvan, PhD, MPH, is the Founder and Executive Director of the Data and Technology Proving Ground at the Public Health Institute (PHI). PHI is dedicated to promoting health, well-being, and quality of life for people around the world. Dr. Oakley-Girvan received her PhD from Stanford University School of Medicine, her MPH from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and her BS from the University of Michigan. She is affiliated with the Stanford Cancer Institute and the Canary Center at Stanford for Cancer Early Detection. Key accomplishments include clinical trials and research in mobile and digital technology, particularly in diversity and representation, oncology, device use and behavioral health.

Gayle is VP and Head of Neuroscience Data Science and Digital Health at Janssen R&D, focused on embedding data science and digital health to add value to end-to-end across the Neuroscience portfolio. She and her team leverage molecular data, deep phenotyping, digital health and real-world data to enable decision-making and solution development for Neuroscience compounds from target identification to product launch. Gayle has over 15 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries, driving data science research into products. Prior to joining Janssen in 2011, Gayle was Head of Personalized Healthcare, at Siemens, and earned her PhD linking Computational and Experimental Neuroscience from Princeton in 2004.
Jessica Branning

Jessica Branning is the Co-Founder and Owner of ClinCloud, LLC, a Florida based clinical research site. She has nearly 5 years of clinical research experience in multiple therapeutic areas including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, migraine, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and liver disease. She began her research at BioClinica Research, where she excelled as a leader in patient education, community development and site management. She is highly experienced in training site staff and study subjects on the importance of eCOA compliance when participating in a clinical trial. Jessica obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology and a focus in global health from Rollins College.

Chris Komelasky is the CEO and Co-founder of SiteBridge Research. Chris has extensive experience as a management consultant and healthcare executive in the areas of strategy, operations, data analytics, commercialization, and business transformation in Pharmaceutical and CRO organizations. Chris was previously the Executive Director of PPD’s Site and Patient Access group driving the innovation agenda where he also led the Global Investigator Services and Strategic Site Collaboration teams. Prior to joining PPD, he spent a number of years at GSK, ZS Associates and Accenture. Chris holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University’s the Fuqua School of Business.
Nancy A Sacco, PhD, MS

Dr. Sacco has 20+ yrs experience in leadership/drug development (non-clinical, early/late-stage development, NDA/BLA/MAA submissions). Her PhD and MS are from WVU School of Medicine. As VP, Head of Clinical/SiteDev Ops at SiteBridge Research Inc., her focus is engaging physicians/ community health centers to create a network for clinical studies engaging underserved, under-represented patients. She has worked on 30+ INDs, several rare disease-specific ODAs, pivotal clinical studies in neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pain, oncologic, dermatologic and respiratory diseases, and more than a dozen NDAs/MAAs/BLAs for various therapeutic products (DAXXIFY, ZolgenSMA, Myrbetriq, XTandi, Rozerem, Cresemba, ACTOS, Lipitor, Lyrica, Actonel).
Mairi Trimboli-Aybar

Mairi Aybar is the Head of the Walmart Healthcare Research Institute as well as leading clinical program development, drug commercialization, and enterprise risk management. She joined Walmart in 2022 from Evernorth (Cigna) where she was Managing Director of Strategy Activation and Go-To-Market Readiness leading the development of a combined product portfolio for the newly established health services entity. Prior to that she has held a variety of roles within the payer, PBM, specialty pharmacy and healthcare consulting industries. Mairi completed her undergraduate degrees at Clemson University in Economics and Political Science. She currently lives in Dallas with her husband and three children.
