DIA 2023 is quickly approaching, and we are so excited to see you in person! This newsletter includes important dates and policies to assist you in the planning process. The Exhibitor Resource Center is your go-to spot for all DIA 2023 Exhibit information.

Build Your Company’s Exhibit Page for the DIA Mobile App!
DIA’s new mobile app will be launching to registered attendees the week of May 22. Be sure to upload your company’s information by Monday, May 15. View the Look Book and Login Here.
Note: Your registered booth personnel are not currently listed on “Your Team” page. They will be added prior to launching to attendees.

New Authorized Vendor Added! – Stapleton Floral
Want to add greenery or floral arrangements to your booth? Order through Stapleton Floral, DIA’s official provider. There are no service or delivery fees unless you require a custom setup. Order here by June 16th.
With any exhibition there are always multiple companies and individuals to deal with – from logistics and housing to marketing and furniture orders – and it's often difficult to remember who to contact. To help you with this, we've created and Authorized Vendor List for your reference. This list provides the companies that DIA has contracted with for the DIA 2023.
We have been notified recently of a handful of unauthorized companies soliciting our exhibitors, specifically selling attendee lists. DIA does not provide our attendee data to any third-party organization to sell to exhibitors. If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA 2023, please email Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.
Exhibit Personnel Registration
The Online Registration System identifies exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives and allows you to make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as a Primary or Secondary exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org with any issues or questions.
Badge Allotments - Each 10x10 booth includes 1 full meeting and 3 booth personnel badges (a 10x20 would include 2 full meeting and 6 booth personnel badges, and so on). Certain exhibitor sponsorship opportunities include additional booth personnel badges as well.
Once you’ve utilized the badges included with your booth and marketing package, additional staff will need to register as attendees for DIA 2023. Additional booth personnel badges are not available.
Booth Reminders
As a reminder, all booths are required to carpet or put down flooring in their booth. If you are not providing your own flooring, carpeting may be ordered through Freeman. Freeman will automatically lay carpeting in any booth not covered by noon on Sunday, unless prior notification has been received by DIA or Freeman that the exhibitor will be providing their own flooring. The Exhibitor will be invoiced by Freeman for this service at the onsite rates.
Make sure you have your Freeman orders in by Friday, May 26, to receive incentive pricing.
Exhibitor Attendee List
The attendee list will be sent out to exhibit contacts the week of May 29. The list will be updated on a weekly basis and include Name, Company, Job Title, and Country.
The list is to be used for internal informational purposes only and not utilized for any means of solicitation.

Booth Giveaway Listing
As a complimentary service, DIA will promote exhibitor giveaways to attendees prior to and during the Global Annual Meeting. Add your Giveaway to your Company Page on the Mobile App, Swapcard, by Monday, May 15, 2023, to be included on the compiled list.
Exhibitor Events & Meetings
Are you planning a client event or internal staff meeting during DIA 2023? Meeting space at area hotels is going quickly, so we encourage you to secure your meeting/event space as soon as possible. You must complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2023 – whether at a neighboring hotel, restaurant, museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city. DIA reserves the right to halt any meeting or event that has not been approved by DIA.
DIA reserves all function space at hotels within our room block and must approve any event through the above form in order to release space.
Hotel Rooms
DIA is pleased to offer you an easy booking experience and the lowest rates at the best hotels in Boston! Exclusive DIA rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
DIA’s hotel rates expire June 9th. DIA will not be able to assist you with negotiating a hotel rate after this date.

Boston Red Sox Game
The Boston Red Sox will be in town for two evening games during DIA 2023, and Fenway has blocked a dedicated seating area for DIA Attendees for both games! Both games are at 7:10PM EDT and against the Miami Marlins.
Ticket availability is limited and must be purchased by May 19, 2023.
