With any exhibition there are always multiple companies and individuals to deal with – from logistics and housing to marketing and furniture orders – and it's often difficult to remember who to contact. To help you with this, we've created and Authorized Vendor List for your reference. This list provides the companies that DIA has contracted with for DIA 2024.
We have been notified recently of a handful of unauthorized companies soliciting our exhibitors, specifically selling attendee lists. DIA does not provide our attendee data to any third-party organization to sell to exhibitors. If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA 2024, please email Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.
Sunday Evening Networking Reception aboard the USS Midway
Kick off the week with a networking celebration including delicious cuisine and an open bar on San Diego’s Aircraft Carrier Museum, the USS Midway. Pre-registration is required as seats are limited!

Exhibit Personnel Registration
The Online Registration System identifies exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives and allows you to make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as a Primary or Secondary exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org with any issues or questions.
Badge Allotments - Each 10x10 booth includes 1 full meeting and 3 booth personnel badges (a 10x20 would include 2 full meeting and 6 booth personnel badges, and so on). Certain exhibitor sponsorship opportunities include additional booth personnel badges as well.
Once you’ve utilized the badges included with your booth and marketing package, additional staff will need to register as attendees for DIA 2024. Additional booth personnel badges are not available.
Booth Reminders
As a reminder, all booths are required to carpet or put down flooring in their booth. If you are not providing your own flooring, carpeting may be ordered through Freeman. Freeman will automatically lay carpeting in any booth not covered by noon on Sunday, unless prior notification has been received by DIA or Freeman that the exhibitor will be providing their own flooring. The Exhibitor will be invoiced by Freeman for this service at the onsite rates.

The VIP Guest Invites program is a complimentary and convenient exhibitor resource designed to give you everything you need to promote your presence at DIA 2024 to all of your customers and prospects, while inviting them to register as your guest with exclusive discounts. Included is an HTML email invite, web invite, banner graphics, and social media tools. All have been pre-customized for your company with your logo, booth number, promo codes, and registration link.

Exhibit Events & Meetings
Are you planning a client event or internal staff meeting during DIA 2024? Meeting space at area hotels is going quickly, so we encourage you to secure your meeting/event space as soon as possible. You must complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2024 – whether at a neighboring hotel, restaurant, museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.
DIA reserves all function space at hotels within our room block and must approve any event through the above form in order to release space.
