Exhibit Personnel Registration Deadline: FRIDAY, May 20
|
|
|
If you haven’t already done so, don’t forget to register the staff included with your booth by 5:00PM on Friday, May 20 in order to appear in the printed Attendee List.

We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives – and allows you to go in and make replacements and other changes on your own. Only the primary and secondary Contact’s user ID and password will access the online system. Please contact Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org with any issues or questions.

Important Notice: Unauthorized Vendors |
|
|
We have been notified recently of a handful of unauthorized companies soliciting our exhibitors related to contacts lists, housing, internet, etc. If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA or the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting, please refer to the website list of Authorized Vendors, which includes a list of known unauthorized companies that have been soliciting our exhibitors recently. Feel free to reach out to Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org with additional questions, or to let us know of an unauthorized solicitation. Please note DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.

Policies and Procedures |

|
Please familiarize yourself and your team with the Policies and Procedures page of the DIA 2016 website. All exhibitors are expected to adhere to DIA exhibit policies.
Please note that due to Pennsylvania state liquor laws, exhibitors are not permitted to give away unopened bottles of wine or other alcoholic beverages as gifts or raffle prizes to attendees.

Exhibitor Events and Meetings |
|
|
Are you planning a client event during DIA 2016? Rooms at area hotels book fast, so make sure to complete your preparations early. DIA reserves all function space at the Convention Center and room block hotels – to request space, please complete the Event and Meeting Space Application Form (space at the Convention Center is not available). Limited space at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, connected to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, is still available but quickly filling up. Contact Nicole Trotter at nicole.trotter@marriott.com or +1.215.625.6016 for availability nearby.
Please make sure to complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2016 – whether at a neighboring hotel, restaurant, museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.

Liability Insurance Requirements |
|
|
All exhibiting companies are required to provide proof of insurance to DIA. Please review the details on our Proof of Insurance Information PDF online. Certificates of insurance may be faxed to +1.215.442.6199 or emailed to Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org.

Medical Heroes Appreciation 5K |
|
|
Register now and receive an Early Bird discount for the CISCRP Medical Heroes Appreciation 5K, in conjunction with the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting on Monday, June 27! Booth Reminders |
|
|
As a reminder, all booths are required to carpet or put down flooring in their booth. If you are not providing your own flooring, carpeting may be ordered through Freeman by using the order forms included in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Carpeting will be forced on any booth not carpeted by noon on Sunday unless previous arrangements have been made.
DIA provides a standard package with each 10x10 booth that includes a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket. Please complete and return the Show Package form to Freeman indicating if you wish to receive the booth package or not.

Additional Services
|
|
|
In addition to the standard booth services and utilities offered by Freeman, we’d also like to highlight some of the other official groups offering services to exhibitors this year. Audio/Visual rentals are being handled by PCC/SMG Show Services; Catering services are provided by Aramark; and lead retrieval scanner rentals are coordinated through Experient.
