Don't forget to register your staff by Friday, May 11 to have them included in the Advance Registration Attendee list.
PDF Registration Form | Online Registration
We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System, as the system will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives – and allows you to make replacements and other changes at at a later date. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org with any issues or questions.
Once you've utilized your allotment of badges included with your booth and marketing package, additional staff will need to register as attendees for DIA 2018. Additional booth personnel badges are not available.

Exhibit Hall Access – New Policy
|
|
| |
Due to a noticeable increase in the use of the free access hours for the purpose of solicitation, DIA will not be offering free access hours to the Exhibit Hall at DIA 2018. If you have clients or prospects that wish to visit you in the Exhibit Hall, we encourage you to utilize the Exhibitor Invites program to register them.
Exhibitor Invites allows you to send up to three emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them a $150 one-day Exhibit Hall pass or a $100 discount on the full Annual Meeting, as a friendly reminder to stop by your booth during the DIA 2018 Global Annual Meeting.

The Freeman Exhibitor Services Manual is now available for DIA 2018. Don't delay to take advantage of their early bird and online ordering discounts. Early bird discounting ends on Friday, June 1. Online Ordering will be available shortly at FreemanOnline. See the Exhibitor Resource Center for other forms and information you may need in planning your booth presence.

The Boston Red Sox will be in town for two evening games during DIA 2018, and Fenway has blocked dedicated seating areas for DIA 2018 attendees for both games! Click here to purchase your tickets now. Ticket availability is limited, and the deadline for purchasing tickets is April 30.

Are you planning a client event during the Annual Meeting? Meeting space at DIA hotels is selling fast, and we encourage you to contract your meeting space early. DIA reserves all meeting space at room block hotels – to request space, please complete the Event and Meeting Space Application Form (space at the BCEC is not available).
Please make sure to complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2018 – whether at a neighboring hotel or restaurant, or museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city. DIA reserves the right to halt any unapproved activity during the dates of the meeting.
