DIA will be offering a free webinar to assist with preparations regarding your exhibit. This webinar will cover information such as: move-in and set-up at the San Diego Convention Center (what is, and is not, permitted), labor rules and guidelines, review of the Exhibitor Service Manual and online Exhibitor Resource Center. The exact date and time will be communicated in the coming weeks.

New for 2019, every DIA 2019 Global Annual Meeting exhibitor will receive a link to their own fully customized pre-show marketing tools dashboard. There you will find your exclusive customer invite promo code(s), good for registration discounts, along with a full set of fully customized materials to help make inviting your customers and prospects to come see you there as easy as possible. Included is an HTML email invite, web invite, banner graphics and social media tools. All have been pre-customized for your company with your logo, booth number, promo code(s), and registration link. We hope this new complimentary service helps to ensure that all of your customers and prospects are aware of your presence at the DIA 2019 Global Annual Meeting and are planning to visit your booth while there.

Are you planning a client event during the Annual Meeting? Rooms at area hotels are sure to book fast so make sure to complete your preparations early. DIA reserves all function space at the San Diego Convention Center and room block hotels – to request space, please complete the Event and Meeting Space Application Form (space at the SDCC is not available).
Please make sure to complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2019 – whether at a neighboring hotel or restaurant, or museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.

We have been notified recently of a handful of unauthorized companies soliciting our exhibitors. If at any time you have doubts as to whether a company has been approved to represent or work for DIA or the DIA 2019 Global Annual Meeting, please reach out to Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org and we will let you know if they are authorized by DIA or not. We also have posted on the DIA 2019 website a list of Authorized Vendors for your reference. We will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.
