  Exhibit Personnel Registration
 
Don't forget to register the staff included with your booth purchase by Friday, May 10 to make it into the Advance Registration Attendee list.

Online Registration

We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system identifies exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives and allows you to make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Americas.Exhibits@DIAglobal.org with any issues or questions.

Once you've utilized the badges included with your booth and marketing package, additional staff will need to register as attendees for DIA 2019. Additional booth personnel badges are not available.
 
  NEW for 2019! Exhibitor Talent Show
 
Are you looking for a fun way to attract attendees to your booth? Do you or one of your colleagues have a talent you'd like to share? DIA is looking for talented exhibitors to participate in our first exhibitor talent show!

Maybe you can play an instrument, perform spoken word, sing a song, do a dance, tell jokes (just make sure to keep it clean), or even perform a magical act that will make your colleague disappear!

Each exhibitor will have a 3-5 minute spot on either Tuesday or Wednesday during the coffee service that precedes the first session. A small stage and sound system will be available each day. It's free to participate, and you'll receive recognition (name, company, logo, talent) on the Talent Show Schedule which will be displayed throughout the week. Have a colleague post a video of your performance at the talent show on your Social Media accounts. Be creative! Maybe you can incorporate your company name, products, or services into your performance!

The talent show will be advertised in the DIA Global App and in the online agenda.

  Exhibit Hall Access
 
Due to a noticeable increase in complaints regarding solicitation of our exhibitors and attendees, DIA will not be offering free access hours to the Exhibit Hall at DIA 2019. If you have clients or prospects that wish to visit you in the Exhibit Hall, we encourage you to utilize the NEW and improved VIP Guest Invites program to register them.

The program is a free and convenient exhibitor resource designed to give you everything you need to promote your presence at DIA 2019 to all of your customers and prospects, while inviting them to register as your guest with exclusive discounts. Unlike the previous program, you will have the ability to send a promo code for discounted registration to your customers without sharing your customer contact list with a third party.

  Freeman Online Exhibitor Services Manual Now Live!
 
Freeman Exhibitor Services Manual is now available for DIA 2019. Don't delay to take advantage of their early bird and online ordering discounts. Early bird discounting ends on Thursday, May 30. Visit the Exhibitor Resource Center for other forms and information you may need in planning your booth presence.
 
  Exhibitor Events and Meetings
 
Are you planning a client event or internal staff meeting during DIA 2019? Meeting space at area hotels is going fast, so we encourage you to secure your meeting/event space as soon as possible. You must complete and return the Event and Meeting Space Application Form for any function you may be planning during DIA 2019 – whether at a neighboring hotel or restaurant, or museum, stadium, theater, or any other venue in the city.

DIA reserves all function space at hotels within our room block and must approve any event through the above form in order to release space. Meeting space at the convention center is not available.
 
  Hotel Rooms
 
DIA currently does not require hotel deposits, nor do we impose cancellation fees outside of those established by our contracted hotels. As we would like to continue with this policy, we ask that you review your current room reservations, and release any rooms that you no longer need. Should DIA experience a significant number of exhibitor hotel room cancellations beyond May 1, our policy will need to change for future years.
