Overview
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role serves as a conduit to scientific knowledge and business objectives, and MSLs need to continually develop their knowledge and skills to help build organizational success.
DIA’s MSL Excellence eLearning Program can significantly improve MSL capabilities and enhance engagement with your stakeholders. This program includes 12 modules that provide communication strategies for engaging KOLs, tips for successful interaction, and how to execute a successful stakeholder engagement plan, as well as other best practices including managing a crisis and regulatory and compliance considerations.
The program contains job aids, gamification, and relevant examples, as well as offers continuing education credits upon successful completion of each module. The online program is self-paced and can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Users will have one year to complete the modules from the date of enrollment.
This program is designed for professionals working as a MSL, in medical affairs, or in field-based medical affairs.
The twelve modules take an average of 29 hours to complete.

- Module 10: Statistics for Medical Affairs: Evaluate Statistical Data Presented in Medical Literature
- Module 11: Literature Searching: Fulfill a Request for Medical Information
- Module 12: Literature Evaluation: Provide Relevant and Reliable Information to HCPs
