This training course, which has been very well received by participants every year, is a basic course on project management work in general drug development.

The course uses materials created by instructors with experience and certification in project management in pharmaceutical research and development based on the concepts of the "Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (PMBOK® Guide)" published by the Project Management Association. Learn the basics of project management knowledge and techniques that will become a global standard.

The basic knowledge and techniques of project management include ideas and tools that are useful not only for pharmaceutical R&D projects, but also for various daily tasks, so this course focuses on project management.

This course is also useful for those who do not belong to a department or do not have the title of project manager. The participants will take home tips that will help them become experts in effective project management and project team management in their future work, and will become central leaders who promote pharmaceutical research and development not only in Japan but around the world through project management.
