Michelle Rohrer, PhD, Global Head, Product Development, Regulatory and Policy, Roche Genentech
Michelle Rohrer, PhD is Global Head of Product Development Regulatory and Policy, as well as the ad interim Global Head of Medical Affairs for Roche Genentech. Michelle has worked at the company for 27 years, starting as a post-doctoral fellow. She has worked as a clinical scientist, team leader, and regulatory strategist. In 2013, Michelle was named by the SF Business Times as one of “The Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” and in 2014, PharmaVOICE named her one of the 100 most inspiring leaders in healthcare. In 2015, she served as an industry representative to the FDA-industry Prescription Drug User Fee Act VI negotiation team. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for TransCelerate Biopharm Inc.
