The DIA 2025 Global Annual Meeting provides an invaluable forum for professionals involved in the discovery, development, and lifecycle management of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and related medical products.
Planning Details
- Location: Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC
- Standard Exhibit Rate: $6,000 per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Premium Location Exhibit Rate: $6,500 per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Corner Fee: $250 per corner
- Meeting Dates: June 15-19, 2025
What's Included
Included per each 100 square feet of booth space:
- One (1) complimentary full conference registration that includes access to all scientific sessions
- Three (3) complimentary exhibit booth personnel registrations that includes refreshments and lunch Monday through Wednesday. Access to scientific sessions is allowed if space permits.
Also included with each booth:
- Company Name included in the Mobile App Exhibitor Listing & Floorplan
- Linear booths include 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side dividers
- A 7” x 44” identification sign for linear booths
- Booth number identification on an adhesive-backed label located on aisle carpet
- Opportunity for face-to-face engagement with current and prospective customers
- Ability to schedule meetings with attendees using the DIA Mobile App
