Located in the Gas Lamp and within walking distance from the San Diego Convention Center, DIA attendees can enjoy a 15% discount on all food items on Sunday, June 23 from 5:00–7:00PM.   This opportunity is open to all DIA Attendees. To take advantage of the special discount, attendees must present their badge when greeted by their Union Kitchen and Tap server.

• CISCRP Medical Heroes Appreciation 5K

  Monday, June 24 | 6:30-7:30AM

  The Center for Information and Study of Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP), will be hosting a Medical Heroes Appreciation 5K Run and Walk in San Diego to celebrate the volunteers who give the gift of participation in clinical research. Proceeds from the event will support education and outreach programs to patients and families interested in learning more about the clinical research process.

  Network with thousands of attendees and more than 400 exhibiting companies at the DIA Opening Reception, held in the Exhibit Hall.

• DIA Communities Luncheon

  Tuesday, June 25 | 12:15-1:45PM

  Attend the DIA Community Luncheon to celebrate the many exciting contributions DIA Community members have made throughout the year to improve global healthcare, to network with members across DIA’s communities, and to congratulate our student poster competition winners.

• Community Zone

  Sails Pavilion

  DIA Community members - this is your dedicated space! Meet up and collaborate with fellow members, participate in round table discussions, and/or take a few minutes to reflect on the sessions you've attended. Note: round table discussions are open to all meeting attendees. Discussions are based on sessions within the program agenda and many will include Session Chairs and speakers. The schedule of round table discussions will be released in April.

• Refreshment Breaks

  Sails Pavilion and Exhibit Hall

  Meet with your colleagues to plan your day and/or discuss what you learned the previous day, all while networking with other attendees. The early morning breaks will be in the Sail Pavilion while the mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks will be held in designated areas throughout the Exhibit Hall.
